Community and Events Fundraiser - South Tottenham

An opportunity has arisen to join our small, but incredibly committed, team. We are looking for an individual who can bring drive and enthusiasm to fundraising initiatives - expanding on existing events and developing new community and other events.

Based at the charity’s office in North Tottenham, you will need to have the determination to turn opportunities and ideas into reality. You need to have a year’s experience in the not-for-profit or commercial sector, and have a good understanding of community and events fundraising. You will need to be able to attract and motivate supporters and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Event Manager - London

Events / Conference Administrator - Part-Time

Working 3 days a week for this Victoria based exhibitions and conference company, this key support role is to provide event administration for your own portfolio of events as well as providing support to the other Administrator. Event Manager - Richmond, Surrey.

A Surrey based company which provides registration management services for event organizers are looking for an Events Manager to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that primarily work on corporate events such as car launches, product launches, incentive trips & annual sales meetings.

As an Events Manager, your key objective will be to help build the event registration service by managing event registration projects efficiently, maximise client satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Additionally your core responsibilities will include:

Liaise with clients during project planning stage
Manage event website development & liaise with developers
Provide database reports on registration activity & attendance
On site support (may include occasional overnight stays)
Assisting with business development

It is anticipated that in order to be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

2 years + event management experience
Good experience in the registration side of event management
Good Client/ Customer facing skills
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Happy to visit client sites and occasionally stay overnight if required

Additionally if you can demonstrate experience of project management it would be beneficial although by no means essential.
